    Guardrail HAS NOT been fixed as stated in previous "closed" workorder. The end of the guardrail is still pushed inwards and needs to be reset. Why was the last workorder closed with the comment that the "repairs were completed by contractor" if they didn't fix the issue that was in the workorder. Yes, they fixed the sector of bent guardrail, but they did not fix what was specifically in the request.

    The cross walk at Dean street occasionally has a sign in the middle of Washington Street, which gets hit by trucks and cars routinely. Could we get a solar powered flashing walk sign, similar to the one on East Street where pedestrians press the cross button and the cross walk sign flashes to alert motorists? I have seen many times pedestrians dodge cars, especially cars heading North, up the hill.

    One parking space at Morrison Park is not up to code. Any handicapped space that is "Van Accessible" needs to have a van accessible sign below the handicapped parking sign. The sign needs to be replaced as it is missing and needed per the Mass State Law.
