    Pettigrew Pl is a dead end as it doesn't connect to Washington St. Perrigrew Pl is not signed as a dead end so occasionally people will drive up the road and have to back out when they realize there's no way out. It's a bit of a hazard when large trucks have to back out of the street. A 'dead-end' sign above or below the Pettigrew Pl street sign would be helpful.

    At the intersection of Mill St and 109 (abutting Sheehan school property) I am requesting a blinking light for crossing. There is a cross walk there but cars do not stop regardless of the cross walk. Students are crossing the street (there is mostly a crossing guard before and after school but not every day and only for 40 min a day). It would provide safety to Pedestrians who is trying to safely cross at that intersection.
