    Rats . Overflowing trash and recycling bin every week. This neighbor leaves trash everywhere. Their bin is always overflowing with trash even the recycling bin. Its annoying. Their trash ends up all over the street and on my yard and my neighbors yards. Its causing rats and rodents . If people cant follow the recycling bin rules then maybe i should tell everyone i know that since its not being enforced then why buy trash bags. Just let the trash overflow like 45 does . Who needs to follows laws and rules . That house is disgusting from trash everywhere to overgrown grass to the constant in and out traffic they bring around. TRASH! No other word for it .

    3 or 4 trash bins,,,,,been there a couple of weeks, recycle bins not taken due to what is in them i imagine. pillows on ground near them been there at least a month. These bins should be taken away from this household and they should be fined. Disgusting looking and i am sure a health hazard also.

    There has been a tent in the trees at the end of Lincoln St next to the commuter rail tracks for most of 2023, with more people sleeping on the woods on both sides - towards the School St bridge and towards the Center St bridge. Moving the School St bridge residents to the woods isn't better!

    Stockade fence is rotted and has fallen down on lefthand side of property exposing unsecured in-ground pool. This has created a very dangerous hazard for children and animals. Also, the front of the house has had a downed wire from the street pole to the house and has been like this for months now. Both issues are extremely dangerous and need to be fixed immediately.

    Neighbor has hens and a rooster, and around 6 am he starts waking up everybody, the hens are too noisy too.
