    I do not know why people do not understand the sidewalks are for people not Cars. This is a constant issue not sure why tickets are nit being given out.

    I am a resident of Hunt St in Brockton and I want to raise this issue that is bothering the neighbors at Hunt street...
    The owner of 35 Hunt st, has built a chicken coop in front of the house towards the street and has a couple of hens and a Rooster that is really disturbing the peace at night. This Rooster starts "singing" around 3 am in the morning, several times a minute, until past 8 am. The chicken coop doesn't look well in front of the house and the rooster doesn't let working people sleep after 3 am as we have to go up early and work.
    Please address this issue since it's going nuts every night!

    Roosters at this location?? Also they just built a huge structure, almost the size of the house in the backyard and tarped it. Can hear roosters all day and can see this structure from S. Leyden and from the international space station.

    The water tower is again making a loud buzzing noise

    Last time residents were told a procedure was being preformed however there are never any workers at the site so if the procedure is testing the patients of the neighborhood I think you've completed that task with the first round of loud buzzing 24/7 for weeks

    Please actually fix the issue

    Two days ago, I reported seeing a man tossing full trash bags into the bushes on Otis st. I am attaching pictures to show how overgrown the bushes are and hoping the concerned department will come and cut them. And after, I am asking that the trashes to be removed, as I am convinced that the city officials care about providing a safe and healthy environment
    for Brockton citizens to live in. Thank you.
