    The sewer and water mains UNDERNEATH the road are shaking, pounding and vibrating the house badly!!! It is a constant torture to the house and all of those living in it. The work the water department did Jan. 18-19 2024 is destroying our house. Please fix this horror. It constantly damages my house and this has gone on for more than a year.     Manhole cover in front of 250 Howard Street needs to be fixed. Constituent reports home continually shakes and foundation is being damaged every time a truck drives over this manhole cover. This has been an ongoing issue since April of 2023.
