    Should be closed down. It’s a fire trap waiting to happen. It’s an old wooden building and not up to code and they have a mechanic in there working on cars without a license and proper permits. The garage is hidden in the back of the house. This has been already reported to Deputy Chief Williams on numerous occasions and nothing has been done. This place should be investigated like all other business are and should be treated like all other businesses when the city enforced their code enforcement. That building needs to be condemned. What’s the city going to do about this?

    Welding with no permit. Using Acetylene torches with no permits. This has been going on for over 20 years. This has been reported to Deputy Chief Williams on numerous occasions. Why nothing has been done after all of these years but they want to give newer business that follow the code enforcement a hard time. Why is that? This place need to be about down for noncompliance.

    34 sumner w - This is obviously an illegal building in the back of a house. An eye sore. Bringing our property value down. The neighbors have complained numerous times. We all denied this structure. We all pay taxes and pull permits accordingly. They did not! They simply pulled a permit for a garage without pulling prior to demolishing the existing one. This building is a two family attached to another property. When is the building dept going to do anything!
    Please let our mayor know we voted for him and rallied for votes. This is just unacceptable.

    Could you please have the sign dept fix the flashing school speed limit sign on the north side of the of Quincy Street? It appears that one of the bolts have either broken off or pulled through the sign and the 20-mph sign is moving downward. starting to cover the lower flashing yellow light.

    Although this picture was after a pickup, at any given time, there can be a mountain of trash put there ... as THAT is where they chose to put their trash, 24/7/365.... if EVERY house in Brockton did this, it would be MORE of a sh*thole..... but the question is.... is this THEIR property or the city??? If it's the city's???? this should be addressed by the appropriate department

    My neighbor is continuously being tagged by waste management because of their overflowing garbage. Additionally, they never bring their bins into the backyard. They leave their bins on the curb until the next trash collection. This has been going on for at least three months! There is a wire spring mattress that has been sitting on the curb for just as long. Please help!

    Trash has not been picked up due issue of Management of the 9 and 15 Longworth Avenue Brockton property. We have had this issue with our Management company (last year November) - we have rats on property. Any assistance we can get to get this trash taken care would be greatly appreciated.

    Rats . Overflowing trash and recycling bin every week. This neighbor leaves trash everywhere. Their bin is always overflowing with trash even the recycling bin. Its annoying. Their trash ends up all over the street and on my yard and my neighbors yards. Its causing rats and rodents . If people cant follow the recycling bin rules then maybe i should tell everyone i know that since its not being enforced then why buy trash bags. Just let the trash overflow like 45 does . Who needs to follows laws and rules . That house is disgusting from trash everywhere to overgrown grass to the constant in and out traffic they bring around. TRASH! No other word for it .

    Usually there is trash everywhere in front of this house. That has gotten a little better. Now they blow leaves into the street and never pick them up. They have been doing it for several years. All the other neighbors are taking the brunt of this mess and having to repeatedly clean the leaves that come from their yard. Beyond ridiculous and irresponsible

    This house is absolutely disgusting. They currently have a boxspring and a mattress in the front yard. They constantly leave their trash barrel out in the front yard. The garage door has been hanging on by a thread for the last couple of months. They have trash all over the front of the house. I don’t know how the city allows this. This is just a yard for the rodents to have a feast on

    3 or 4 trash bins,,,,,been there a couple of weeks, recycle bins not taken due to what is in them i imagine. pillows on ground near them been there at least a month. These bins should be taken away from this household and they should be fined. Disgusting looking and i am sure a health hazard also.
