    Car is seen daily parked on side of street meeting people for a second then speeds off like a nascar driver. Clearly this neighborhood has gotten worse and worse as time progresses. When are they gonna actually do something about it. Probably never . Seems these days nothing is done around here. This city is just filled with trash .

    Cardoso electronics is operating with no permits, business licenses. Space was never approved for a cell phone store. Possible stolen products being sold. Illegal drugs are being stored in the storage in the back of the space.

  • Brockton Public Library - Main Branch - Ward 2
    I have reported this issue several times. The dumpster in the parking lot of the library is almost always open inside the open dumpster enclosure. I visit the library frequently and this is an embarrassment to both the city and the library! It is a code violation! It should be simple enough to inform the staff responsible for using the dumpster to close both. Additionally and sadly, the entry on White Ave. is usually littered with trash as well! City of Champions?

    As previously reported, the dumpster is surrounded by trash, especially in the back. Also trash on the ground around the dumpster and the perimeter of the parking lot. As a tax exempt institution and a visible presence downtown, this should not be happening. In fact, the perimeter of the Y on the block of Main St., White Ave., Montello St., and Allen St. should be an embarrassment to the organization and not tolerated y the city!

    I have reached out to the owner James Thorp Realty for months with no response. The tenants at this multiple use building throw bags on top of and not inside the dumpster causing rodents to rip them apart and scatter trash everywhere which then attracts more rodents. There's also been the same trash along the fence that is shared with a residential building that's been there 10 months now

    YMCA ignores city dumpster ordinances at the Main St. building, as well. Is this the Y culture, ignoring ordinances?

    There is an open dumpster without an enclosure sitting on the grounds at the Grove St./Summer St. entrance. This is a clear, blatant violation of the dumpster ordinance. It also contributes to the spreading of trash in the area, blowing out of the dumpster!

    Almost 6 months from the date of a previous report of the same situation at this YMCA site. Dumpster still frequently open, trash still around the dumpster and the perimeter of the parking lot, visible from White Ave and Montello St. As tax exempt, is the Y also excused from following city codes?

    Some sorry dog owner keeps letting their disgusting horse / dog use the bathroom all over the street . It's highly disgusting and disturbing and I'm tired of it, does BPD pay attention to this stuff? This really helps add the ambiance because there is already a mass amount of trash and leaves from loitering (no street cleaning) that continues to happen along the entire street. What are my tax dollars going too?
