    It appears 11 kingston is building a structure in the back yard with out a permit. No permit displayed on the house. This is the same structure they tried to build last year with no permit that ended up blowing down in a wind storm and causing damage to there neighbors property.

The sign for the business is still on the property well over the "six months or more..." in the ordinance and should "be removed by the owner of the premises". Trying to attract new residents and visitors to downtown Brockton is a challenge, in part due to situations like this.
