    This site was reported in April by another reporter. This wooded lot next to 459 Prospect, a residence, is shockingly strewn with bagged and loose trash and debris. The situation belies the slogans tossed about, "City of Champions", "Where Better Begins'...7 months without being addressed! When does this become worthy of being cleaned up? Is it possible to mount a camera high on one of the trees? The recycling center, where no one lives is immaculate; why can't that same care e shown here?

    there's a problem with absent landlords not seeing that their tenants adhere to the trash guidelines, so when their trash is rejected it tends to stay there for weeks until someone complains, and thus the neighborhood looks awful and the whole city is penalized when the trash company refuses to take our trash. landlord for 298 center st needs to be contacted and cited for their tenants repeatedly not puting out the trash according to the guidelines; still today trash is all over the street.
