Basement illegally rented without authorization from the city. For me, my safety and that of my neighbors is paramount. therefore, I want to report an illegally rented basement. The high movement of people in that basement, with an independent entrance, worries me since being unauthorized by the city means that it is not suitable for people to live. the lives of those people may be in danger. It would be helpful to investigate the city without prior notice, so that you can confirm.

Three sections of Fence that have been down for at least three years if not longer Abuts 48 Pomona Dr where a small child lives The fence belongs to the owners of 40 Pomona Dr There is an unfilled unused inground pool that has a chain link fence surrounding it but the fence door had remained open for quite some time as well. Tenant/business owner , of Cardoso electronic did an illegal build out without permits or draws and no inspections. Also, he is running an illegal unregistered business selling stolen items . Unit does not comply with local fire codes.

This place has mice and the hoses for soda and block have mold on them. People are smoking and doing drugs out back in the kitchen. The men's room is covered in urine so bad you can smell it from the bar. He is also pits no brand liquor he buys from the liquor store across the street into the bottles at the bar. Bartender will walk up and down the bar smoking cigarette. Floors are about to collapse behind the bar. Nothing is ever cleaned off the floor.

at 6 eaton st and 176 prospect st, both homes on the corner are using residential area as a commercial property with many vans with ladders parked at these locations. a good part of eaton st from prospect to fitzpatrick ave are using homes as businesses. Residential homes not commercial property, looks awful for the neighborhood and surrounding homes.

The homeless people living in D.W. park set a fire a few years ago. The fire department put a hole in fence to access the fire. People are using the gap in the fence as a shortcut to cut through to the park. We've had people cutting through talking to our young child and yesterday we found human feces on our lawn. The fence separates our street and yard from the park.
