    My next door neighbor repeatedly pumps his basement rain water onto the sidewalk which in turn runs onto my sidewalk and then freezes which I have to chop and salt. Is it permissible for him to put his sump pump on my sidewalk? I've talked to him about this in the summer and he did nothing. I have a photo I can send if needed. Thx

    My neighbor at 22 Nichols St. Installed a sump pump I assume and the discharge pipe runs from inside the house to the edge of the sidewalk so whatever discharge water comes out across the sidewalk then down the gutter on the street. This has caused a unsafe ice buildup across my driveway and my neighbors driveway at 18 Nichols St. Is there regulations about sump pump discharge running down a city street just because of this happening? Please help it has created a unsafe situation let alone possible contaminated water running down the street. I have lived here 27 years and have never encountered this problem before

    I know that a lot of effort was just put into fixing the drainage at the corner of Brown Street and Brown Street Ct, but the problem still persists. The catch basin needs to be lowered a couple of inches and the surrounding pavement needs to be sloped towards the basin.

    I know my neighbor at 4 Emerald has reached out. I’m at 6 Emerald and have reach out to our ward councilor who said to contact the engineer Dave who is no longer there. The water issue is up in front of my home where the water pool as street is flat. I believe a catch basin needs to be installed further up and not in front of 5 Emerald where i noticed marking.

    Blocked catch basin, corner of Sutton and Bayview Avenues, northwest side of Sutton, (park side). Picture taken Friday 1/31/25 apx 4:30 pm, very light rain falling. Expanding the picture it is apparent that the grate is not blocked. This item was recently reported, investigated and determined to be functioning properly. It is obvious that a drainage problem still exists.
    This area of Bayview Avenue is prone to severe flooding multiple times per year.
    The incorrect address of 161 Fort Avenue was auto filled.

    Please have someone come and clear this area. Ever since you all put up those white blockers, the sweepers cannot hit any of this area, and it is a huge mess. Constantly covered, and it is a key basin for our street. Thank you.
