This needs to be addressed. When the light for Vinnin/Paradise turns green, there is about a 90-120 second delay for Vinnin/Paradise to turn green so cars back up and block Paradise. Anyone local is aware of this realizes there may be 2-3 cars able to cross paradise on a green at most, but most people press on and even go side by side to try and get out of the way of the Paradise traffic when they turn green. The Tedesco light needs to be adjusted. It's horribly off time.
