The rightmost green light heading northbound on Highland is out

The tree Wells in front of Seth Moulton's office and all the way down Front St. to Lafayette street are missing a lot of dirt and they are trip hazard.
They might just need to be filled in with more soil or gravel or something.

City tree (closest to giant oak trees between brick walls) has leaves and looks dead.

"The tree is growing on an angle. In the next big storm it will completely topple and heave up the entire sidewalk."

This tree is diseased with a fungus of some kind on the bottom, and since my prior requests, a branch has turned black where it meets the trunk and extending outward. There are a number of wires running through the tree. I expect that if the tree or branch were to fall it would impact all the homes on the street.

When pruning branches that were overhanging on our property (with permission from two separate owners), I noticed that three Norway maples have spots all over their leaves that look like a fungus.

It may just be cosmetic but wanted to let an arborist know about it to see if they wanted to evaluate them in case there was anything to be done about it. All three trees are quite mature.

Large tree on sidewalk in front of our house has a lot of dead branches. Needs to be pruned a lot of them break off and fall.
