City of Salem PLUS

Resident stated that if you are facing the house, the tree on the right is dying at the top. Not sure if it should be trimmed or cut down.

Unfortunately a tree has died that the city planted and I am requesting someone take a look and possibly cut it down. I would say it stands 7 feet tall but not alive. It dos not have a large trunk. I hired an outside source already and was told it is "gone." I would like the city to remove the tree. It is the one in front of 45 Dearborn St closest to the hydrant. The other two more in front of house are not doing very well either. thanks Julie Shea

We have concerns about the tree's health, as we've noticed significant signs of decay in its branches. Recently, a large branch fell and impacted our neighbor's first-floor window, which was quite alarming. We're worried that another branch may break soon and could potentially damage their car or affect our fence and home. We would greatly appreciate it if we could have this tree removed to ensure everyone's safety. Our primary goal is to prevent any accidents or injuries. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

Norway Maple needs to come down. There are cavities and woodpecker damage that have weakened it, and branches come down with even moderate winds. As is evident, the bulk of the limbs have fallen already.

Tree needs to be removed before it falls onto the street and homes near it. All 3 trees within 10 feet of each other are equally compromised
Requesting to removed them before an accident happens and damages property or pedestrians

This tree looks dead and ready for removal since it overhangs a sidewalk near the high school.

Tree at 7 Larkin lane looks to have termites so health might be an issue

A number of trees in this area appear to be relatively new/young but not thriving - perhaps from drought and being planted too high? May be a potential tree steward volunteer location.

Not sure if multiple images went through; there are a number of trees in this area along the bike path that appear to be in rough shape. One appears newly planted; others appear young but may have been planted too low and/or may be suffering from drought.

Someone added mulch to the tree pit of the younger tree in front of Honey Dew Donuts.

Tree in front of home appears to be dying. Most of the branches have no leaves.
