    This intersection is extremely dangerous to cross - especially when visibility is limited due to severe weather events - much like the snowstorm we witnessed in the past 24 hours. I tried crossing the street with my 3 year old at the light and crosswalk on Rawlins and Boston Street. The light is still just blinking yellow and not responding to buttons for pedestrians on either side. I had to literally stop traffic myself to get us safely across - as motorists assumed we would get our turn when the light turned red. However, the light never turned red, and we had to practically run through blinding snowfall that made me fear for our safety. What are you waiting for??? A child, disabled person or even a tourist to get hit and killed!? The city should be ashamed of itself for allowing this to go on for so long.

    New crosswalk at end of Lathrop street is causing traffic issues. The beacon in the middle of the road is the problem. Cars are driving on the left side of the road going towards Bridge St, instead of the right side of the road. The trucks from Brake and Clutch cannot maneuver and access Lathrop St. The beacon has been hit several times already, and I can't park on East Collins St because there is going to be an accident and my car will be hit.

    The crosswalk caution has been out here for months. I have put this up before. I walk to work and HAVE TO CROSS THIS AREA. I take my life in my hands each time. Today I was almost killed again by people speeding down highland Ave. PLEASE HELP!!!! Kids are not safe here either.
