    the construction crew who have leveraged the no parking zone as a staging area for their pipes/materials have also caused a litter situation. the strapping, tarps, etc. from the piping should be cleaned up by the contractors.

    This is my fourth request for this sidewalk and tree to be evaluated. The sidewalk is a massive hazard to all! The tree when in bloom has ripped shingles off our roof, when it rains the limbs touch down in the street and our driveway. You can see in the picture the roots are cracking into our back yard. We have young child who love to bike and scooter and this sidewalk is going to land someone in a horrible place if it goes unattended for much longer. The tree is a problem and the side walk cannot be properly repaired with the roots there.

    The middle of the 3 blue trees outside the PEM (near Kakawa Chocolate and the entrance to the Witch City Mall), on Essex Street is damaged. A large amount of bark has been picked away. The damaged area has grown, presumably from people picking at it).

    The base of the tree has hollow areas where bees have nested in the past. The tree was shaking considerably during the last rain storm and there is concern that it will fall on cars or in the street.
