Salem Public Library - City of SalemThere used to be a reflective pedestrian sign/barrel at this crosswalk and since it has been gone traffic at night has gotten more and more dangerous for the city employees and evening visitors of the library. The lighting is dim along this area and cars frequently speed past/ cannot see/ or will not stop for pedestrians, and there have been accidents along this stretch where people have been injured or nearly hit due to the lack of visibility and clear signage. It needs at LEAST a new reflective sign to be put back up, and ideally better lighting and traffic enforcement since it is a highly visited city building that is open into late hours.

25 Washington Square N Salem MA 01970, United States - City of SalemLamp post light out.
Playground corner very dark. Would love to see more lights around there. -
Salem Visitor Center - City of SalemOn the corner of new liberty Street and Brown Street, the crosswalk there is so dark that people almost constantly get hit because people stop at that stop sign and they think that they are safe to cross when in reality, the car doesn’t see the person. There needs to be some sort of lighting over there to make it safe because people do bomb down that road.
