North St & Oakland St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of SalemAfter a certain time in the evening, the walk signal here stops working. It's just a flashing yellow light, and vehicles don't stop. My husband was out for a run, and he and someone walking a dog were almost struck by a vehicle that slowed down, then sped up at the last moment. I don't see this issue at the Liberty Hill pedestrian light, which I use regularly at night.
