    There is a rotting City tree in front of 19-21 Linden Street that needs to be removed. Several large limbs have fallen from it. There are electrical wires running through the tree, and National Grid informed this constituent that they only do pruning/branch trimming for trees that are touching electrical wires, not the full removal. This constituent is concerned it will cause an electrical fire.
