    8 feet up the trunk of this diseased tree there is a 10 inch diameter hole the goes 12 inches through the trunk (about) 95% of the way through. A very large limb is about to snap off at this weak area. Damage to vehicles is certain; personal injury is highly possible. I reported this tree a long time ago and nothing has been done. An incident is now imminent.
