    There is a significant delay on the traffic lights at the intersection of Flint and Bridge St. People just end up running the red light instead of waiting for the delayed light to turn green. Please fix this as it is a safety hazard.

    As a frequent trail runner, I noticed this week the FLASHING light on the left side of Lafayette Street across from Rosedale Ave.(closest to the water-on the side of the Lead Mills Conserv area) isn't operating when you press the pedestrian button. So it doesn't flash to signal to drivers to slow down coming from M'head. Only the opposite flashing light works (on the side of Rosedale Ave). With college students now back in the area, it's a danger crossing the street from the Lead Mills Conservation area w/cars driving down the hill from Marblehead.
