    I was attending a function inside the Salem Mall , and I parked my truck in the MP Garage. There is no " do not park" or any markings saying no parking. When I came out my truck was towed to Bill's Auto Clinic . I had to walk to find this place and hurry because the Mall was closing and the were about to throw my stuff into the street.
    I was given a $143.00 bill for towing and a $25.00 ticket from the city.

    There seems to be a large (about 6' across) hole developing around the huge drain pipe in the beach at the end of Ocean Ave The large rusted drain pipe is visible and there seems to be movement and sheen to the water like the pipe is draining into the hole
