    Timing issue with the light - causing a lot of backup and some cars going through the red light because the light is only letting a few cars through at a time potentially creating a dangerous situation. Has been going on for a few days now.

    The button and beacon function correctly on the northbound side of the street.

    The light signal turning out of Cloutman St is ridiculously long. 5 minutes it has taken to take a right. Yesterday taking a left into Cloutman St, it was impossible because people were parked where the "no parking from here to corner" signs are. There needs to be a better solution for this one section of the new light.

    The left turn signal at the southbound intersection of Highland Avenue and Hawthorne Square is malfunctioning. Cars waiting to turn into the plaza are sitting through multiple cycles without the turning light changing to green.
