    There are two totaled cars parked in the front yard without license plates that are being used for storage and are completely full. The two storage containers that are in the side yard are now filled and the piles of stuff is once again stored openly in the front yard. The backyard is filled with stuff and yard waste. There are raccoons living in the piles that frequent neighboring yards. Concerned about rodents.

We thought that perhaps the people who put these items in front of their house would schedule a bulk item pick-up. Clearly, they did not and all of these items are still blocking the sidewalk.
