Catch basin is clogged with debris and not draining.

There is no catch basin on Emerald Ave, leaving us with an iced over street that is totally unsafe. The street is left impassable for any potential emergency vehicles. Please install adequate drainage on my street. I sent a request for assistance to [email protected] today, but I don't know if anyone is monitoring it.

This basin as well as the others with this nylon lining and full of debris, such that any heavy storm will overwhelm them. If these are meant to keep construction debris out of the system, they'll fail because once they get backed up, all the debris will float back into the road and down the remaining open drains (along with flooding the nearby areas).

That said, it's doubtful what's in there is construction related anyway because two of the three lined basins are on the other side of the street from where the building is happening. These two linings serve no purpose and are limiting water drainage on an already problematic corner. They need to be removed, not ignored.

Clogged solid after every rain, huge puddles. Preventive maintenance goes a long way. Ample notice before winter sets in and a slip and fall accident occurs

Debris from construction project (finished about 2 weeks ago) remains in the street. The steel plate covers a catch basin, blocking drainage, and water is now moving over the sidewalk and near the edge of the building.

The drainage system near this part of valley street isn't working. A moderate amount of rain will overwhelm it and flood the street and my yard.

Broken casting . And area around becomes potholes.

Gravel from the driveway is in the catch basin and in the street almost as far as Kiddie Koop. This happens every year when the #18 driveway is plowed.

Catch basin is covered with leaves and other debris.

There is a rock filled ditch near Dunkin Donuts that drains runoff from Clark St to a drain off of the street. It has become plugged with dirt causing water to puddle on Clark St.

Please have someone come and clear this area. Ever since you all put up those white blockers, the sweepers cannot hit any of this area, and it is a huge mess. Constantly covered, and it is a key basin for our street. Thank you.
