    There have been a pair of sneakers hanging from a cable/power wire for a few weeks now. The city has not removed them for some reason. They are a hazard as well as unsightly. Please remove them. The wire crosses 76 Margin St, from around the house next to Salem HOP to the parking lot for the Walsh Insurance place.

    Several Lights are out in the south harbor garage, making it pretty dark at night. This is a safety concern for residents (and visitors) who use the garage. I see someone else reported it and the response from the city was that "These lights are privately maintained, unfortunately we do not know who is contracted for the lights at South Harbor Garage". That's unacceptable. Either figure out who it is and have them repair, or have the city electrical department do it. It is literally replacing light bulbs. Give me a ladder and permission and I'll do it myself.

    Please stop morning traffic from cutting though greenway/cottage from highland to Wilson. There is signage on these roads but cars ignore this and it makes it difficult for actual neighborhood traffic to get onto either road. Because of these signs, there needs to be police enforcement and there NEVER is. Please have police enforce, particularly from 7:30-8:00. Might even generate some additional revenue from tickets to actually fix part of highland ave properly.

    Regarding the light issue, the problem is the lack of “pink and berries” stopping these cars ignoring signs.

    Why are the lights so likely timed on bridge street? It’s impossible to drive past the train in less than 15 minutes. October is a nightmare. It’s been years of this. Can you please just time the lights so we can efficiently go through the intersections? All the lights straight should turn green at once in one direction. This is absolute madness Salem is a real city we should act like it

    I submitted the issue of the light on pole 1654 being out 3 weeks ago. It is on Palfrey Court across from my house 6 Palfrey Court. Can this please be fixed? There are NPS rangers who come to work long before sunrise and they cannot see to even use their keys to the doors. People are hiding in the doorways on the St. Joseph Hall building doing drugs most likely. When will this be fixed?

    Pedestrian light is green at the same time as the green light on Orne St. Cars not yielding to pedestrians as they make left turn on North St. Can we bring back the light timing where pedestrians only have the green light? Thank you.
