The signs on English St do not adequately show that both sides of the street are resident only parking for the following reasons:
(1) going toward the warf, the signs on the left side do not say "resident only parking"
(2) on the other side, the signs have unidirectional arrows that could be interpreted to mean that the area of resident only parking is intermittent while the town code specifies that it is continuous along the entire street

Signs need to be replaced with ones that adequately show that parking along both sides is restricted to salem residents along the entire street

Right turn on red arrow is ambiguous to drivers (and poorly visible). Please consider adding a right turn arrow sign AND a "no left turns" sign to the overhead signals to clarify that *only* right turns are permitted from Washington to Lafayette (and not left turns onto Dow, or hard left turns onto Lafayette). The right turn arrow could also be painted onto the roadway.

Rice st is No Parking on left side. I am at end of street, we need another No Parking Sign This Side on telephone pole at very end of street. People park here on left side and with a legally parked car on right side it blocks neighbor access to their driveway, it blocks access to my driveway and most importantly doesn’t allow emergency vehicles to go further or to access the fire hydrant in emergency. 2ND REQUEST PLEASE

Just witnessed my third car since Wednesday drive down Boardman St the wrong way. I'm not the same person that reported this issue earlier in the week but since we are no longer allowed to add comments to people's post I submitted a new one. This is a constant problem that has been going on for at least a year now.

Is there any way to get a "Do Not Enter" sign at the outlet from Sylvan Street onto Dunlap St? Currently there is only a "One Way" sign and I have seen multiple cars recently driving the wrong direction down the street; today I almost collided with one coming out the wrong way as I was trying to turn onto Sylvan from Tremont St. More and better signage could prevent an accident.

Resident sticker parking signs are faded along the entire street.

Need a Do Not Enter Sign for DPS driveway

Resident is asking for a new "Dead End" sign and/or an additional "Dead End" sign for the intersection of Station Road and Bradley Road.

For the sanity of all the Salem residents plllllllease enforce the no parking rule for those without the monthly passes! And create more ledgible signage BEFORE they enter Riley Plaza!!!

We have no where else to park during the insanity of Halloween season and can’t grocery shop or run errands because we have no place to park when we return! It’s really annoying.
And tourists follow the blog that posts it as a place to park since the tickets are cheaper than the daily parking in the garages.
You need to find a better way to ticket non residents more money. Like you do for all the wealthy salem residents. It’s 75$ ticket everywhere else in rich neighbors.
Why do you make it even harder for us Salem residents to live here, help those of us that need the help during the October season. Especially when we are very aware how much money the city is making this time of year.

The solution is easy! Just give us a special resident sticker for Riley plaza !
And charge out of town people a hefty fine.

There seems to be a problem at 1 Sewall Street Salem MA at the YMCA there is never any place to park when this should be a private parking lot for members of the YMCA and Ames Hall and for local tenants that live in the apartments on Washington Street and Lynde Street and in Salem Housing there always seem to be a problem with parking every single day so the city of Salem needs to make this a private parking lot that is not open to the public due to the Salem YMCA and other tenants that live in the apartments around the area and for public parking people should use other areas in Salem to park and not the YMCA parking lot.
