new traffic light at corner of bridge and boston st pointing in the wrong direction.
  • Highland Ave & Willson St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Vehicle sensor is not working at the end of Cherry Hill Drive at Highland Ave intersection. I drive a car and it does not register.
  • 41-49 Marlborough Rd Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Traffic light hasn’t been working for almost a week. Extremely dangerous when taking left from Osborne Hill Dr to Marlborough Rd.
  • 2–12 West Ave Salem MA 01970, United States - City of Salem
When travelling Southwest from Forest River Park to Lafayette Street on West Avenue, the sensor for the traffic lights at West/Loring/Lafayette is not picking up cyclists trying to go straight to Loring Avenue or turn left onto Lafayette, the sensor is only triggered if there is a car at the intersection. I have observed this many times over the past 6 months, and it is very frustrating trying to navigate that intersection without the help of the lights. I wait on the bicycle markings, if there is somewhere else I should be positioned then please let me know.
  • Mason St & North St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
The traffic light on the corner of North Street and Mason Street is not cycling through lights. It is stuck on a green arrow on Mason St., a green light northbound on North St., and a red light southbound on North St. It has been like this for at least an hour, possibly longer.
  • North St @ School St Salem, MA 01970, USA - City of Salem
The default signals after a power outage are that traffic on North Street gets a blinking yellow light, while traffic approaching from School or Orne get a blinking red. This is extremely dangerous if an outage occurs during the daytime when traffic is heavy on North Street as cross traffic has to hope that traffic on North Street is paying attention and will be courteous and let them enter/cross. I would suggest that the default configuration should be a blinking red in all directions, which would allow traffic to operate much more safely and (hopefully somewhat) predictably in a normal 4-stop pattern.
  • Traders Way Salem MA 01970, United States - City of Salem
Traffic signal to turn left from Highland onto Marlboro isn't turning green. Just sat through several light cycles and eventually had to run it, it just stayed red. Traffic is backed up WAY down Highland, this is a huge hazard and needs to be fixed ASAP.
  • Boston St & Rawlins St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Light is cycling rapidly between green and red. It is staying red longer than it is green and is not cycling with a walk signal or another traffic light. This is causing significant traffic and visibility issues at other Boston cross street intersections
  • Essex St & Summer St Salem, Massachusetts, 01970 - City of Salem
    Malfunction of crosswalk button
  • Essex St & Summer St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Traffic light at Essex and Summer not turning green. Getting extremely backed up and cars are having to make a u turn.
  • Mile 19 State Rte 114 E Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
Right turn on red does not trigger effectively at night. Either add time based conditions to the no right turn on red label or fix the camera that is supposed to detect cars. This has been the case since the new system was installed.
  • Mile 19.1 State Rte 114 E Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of Salem
    Pedestrian signal not operating.
