Red light on both lights heading out of Salem (toward Peabody) not lighting Green and yellow are working

Why on earth is the crosswalk light starting automatically for Every Light Cycle 24/7 - even when there are no pedestrians? Does the traffic division think that Visitors and Residents aren't smart enough to push a walk button if they need to cross? This is beyond frustrating, a waste of time, gas, adds to polution and makes traffic even worse/backed up than it needs to be. Please.. Fix.. This..

The button for the crosswalk in the attached photo has not been working for the past couple of weeks. This is the traffic lights at Lafayette/Loring/West. It is the southeast corner of West and Lafayette across from the PZA building, the button not working is on West Avenue.

The light cycle is not working. The cars turning out of the train station do not get a green light and begin to make illegal left turns.

As many people have already noted to the city, this is NOT the spot for a rotary. It is far too small an intersection for one and whomever designed this thing apparently does not actually drive. The turning angles are a mess, causing unsafe conditions....and guess what, big buses can't make the turn! Just saw an MBTA bus stuck in the rotary! Had to do a bunch of K-turn hitches and was still stuck. Had to drive over the curbs. Are you serious, Salem City Planner?? Can't wait for October traffic. Great way to make traffic even WORSE in Salem.

The intersection of Swampscott Rd and Highland Ave has several issues related to cars turning north onto Highland.
1.) Because there is no right turn on red, this backs up the traffic on Swampscott Rd. There may not be a solution to this since there are homes up the hill and the entrance to the old Mazda dealership is there. But this is really the root of the problem.
2.) When the light finally turns green, the traffic on Highland can easily fill the left hand turn lane from Highland to Marlborough, preventing the backed up traffic on Swampscott Rd to progress.
Perhaps a better timing scheme could help at the two intersections. I’ve sat many times at the left turn lane from southbound highland to swampscott without any traffic coming from the northbound direction. Seems to allow northbound highland traffic through without considering the buildup of cars in the southbound left turn lane or the swampscott/highland right turn lane.
If a detailed study was done to improve the flow of traffic at first and swampscott, have any studies been completed at the swampscott/highland intersection in concert with the highland/Marlborough intersection?
Is the intent of the roundabout to direct people down first street to traders way to Marlborough to alleviate the congestion at swampscott/highland?

Walk signal on even side of street does not work when pressing the button

The westbound left turn signal from Lafayette Street to Washington is cycling on at the same time as the green signal for vehicles driving eastbound past Dow Street; turning traffic is stuck through multiple cycles.

The pedestrian crossing function of the traffic light located at the intersection of Derby Street and Lafayette Street is not working from any side. I stood through several light changes after having pushed the button and people located across the street were also pushing the button. But the walk signal never came on and traffic just kept going. It is a very dangerous intersection to cross without a crossing signal.

North Street School Street when you hit the button cross school Street traffic is still allowed to come from the opposite side very dangerous while walking my grandson yesterday needs to be fixed ASAP
