    An underground service shutoff that was in the middle of the street between 11-13 was struck by a plow last winter and the metal casting smashed off Instead of repairing the shutoff it was just spot paved/patched right over

    Sidewalk is really uneven, full of cracks and holes - it’s really easy for someone to trip and hurt themselves. Particularly with how much foot traffic there is and the fact that the sidewalk is barely separated from the road. you've got a lot of speeding drivers who could easily not see you.

    This sidewalk needs to be repaired and better maintained...
