I am writing to request the planting of additional trees along Barstow Street in Salem. The current tree coverage is extremely limited, and adding more trees would enhance the neighborhood’s aesthetics, provide shade, and improve environmental sustainability.

Please let me know if there are any upcoming initiatives or how residents can support this effort.

Resident called and requested to trees put in on the side of Pickman Rd.

This maple recently dropped one of its last branches. Please remove and plant two large shade trees to either side of the gate. This was the home of Mayor Henry Kemble Oliver whose portrait hangs outside the mayor's office at city hall. The house is additionally significant as an outstanding example of the Federal style as designed by Samuel McIntire. Thank you very much.

A dead tree was cut down leaving a stump. This to to make a request for a healthy tree to be planted at 329 Essex Street.

Can you please plant a new tree soon to replace the dead tree you removed recently? It was planted by the City and is still under warranty. Thank you very much.

A section of the street that used to have some trees but longer does, it'd be nice to have some replanted.

Thanks to the City tree warden and staff for removing dangerous, dying tree and stump. We request a new tree placed on the list in Front of 45 Broad Street. An Elm would be an appropriate choice given the new Elms planted at 35 and 31 Broad. This will transform this area of Broad for the next century! Thank you.

Resident asked if a juniper tree could be planted on the strip across from her home, near the bird bath.

2 trees on the sidewalk have many dead branches and many are falling down into the street. Both trees appear to be dead.
