    The pedestrian crossing sign to cross Washington on the south side of the intersection on the red light is stuck with a red hand and and "20" displayed - there is never a safe walk signal, and the stuck signal incorrectly implies that pedestrians have 20 seconds to cross even if oncoming traffic is coming on a green light.
