    The timing of the two lights at the cross sections of Vinnin St and Paradise Rd AND Vinnin St and Salem St is off. This needs to be addressed. When the light for Vinnin/Paradise turns green, there is about a 90-120 second delay for Vinnin/Paradise to turn green so cars back up and block Paradise. Anyone local is aware of this realizes there may be 2-3 cars able to cross paradise on a green at most, but most people press on and even go side by side to try and get out of the way of the Paradise traffic when they turn green. The Tedesco light needs to be adjusted. It's horribly off time.

    Can we please remove the stop sign? It is dangerous and EVERY car that has driven through this intersection in front of me has stopped completely EVEN ON A GREEN LIGHT.

    People often run the red light on north st at mason st intersection. Very unsafe for pedestrians. I was in the crosswalk a few days ago and 5 cars(!) went through the red light. The crossing guard in the afternoons told me he’s been nearly hit multiple times. Can a cop ever monitor it or can a camera be put on the light? Someone is def going to be hit or a bad accident. I figure nothing will be done tho as this is also a big issue on Lafayette and other busy streets.

    PSA. So I have done some research on the newer traffic light systems. Most of the newer ones are using cameras to see your vehicle. Sometimes they fall out of adjustment due to the mast getting hit by wind etc. I find it helpful if you are the first car in the line to pull right up to the line so it triggers the cycle. In theory it should see you but it depends on how the imaginary boxes were set up in the lane to detect vehicles.

    The red light on the traffic signal at the intersection of highland Ave and traders way doesn't work. When the light changed, the green light did work and changed green. I did not see whether yellow was functioning

    The light on Broad and Dalton is not cycling. This was done years ago and should now revert to it intention when installed. That is stop excessive speeding by forcing stopping at this intersection.
    I believe there was no good reason to eliminate the cycling nor City of Salem Counsel vote to do so. Please restore red light cycle.

    The crossing light is always triggered “on” at the intersection of Bridge St and Bridge Street Extension - even when there are no pedestrians. This can cause backups in high traffic periods.

    Just watched 3 cars go the wrong way on Church Street. Please check signage make sure it is not obstructed and if necessary add a sign across from the entrance/exit onto/from Church Street with a No Right Turn sign.
