    Light is cycling rapidly between green and red. It is staying red longer than it is green and is not cycling with a walk signal or another traffic light. This is causing significant traffic and visibility issues at other Boston cross street intersections

    Requesting lines to be repairing along Essex and Washington sq intersection. Also inquiring about placing a walk signal or sign of some sort. It is nearly impossible to cross as many cars do not stop or see pedestrians.

    Entering Salem via the Salem/Beverly bridge, the left lane for 1A south Swampscott traffic light has turned to the left (high wind?) so that it is marginally visible when approaching it. The red light in particular in the afternoon with bright sky as the background is barely visible until drivers are within a few car lengths of the stop line.

    People are running this light more and more. Someone will get T boned here. Only a matter of time.

    The light out of the Salem depot does not change frequently enough. Clearly this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved.

    Walk signal is not working. I pressed the button a few times, and heard the “wait”, but the walking signal never came up, and the light changed three times for vehicles to pass. Tried the walking button several times, and nothing happened.

    The left turn signal turning from Highland onto Trader's Way does not turn green early in the morning (before 7am). The past several times I've been there at that time, the light cycle will go fully through over and over for 15+ minutes and skips the green left turn light.
