    This traffic light is not timed correctly and needs adjusting; the light at Paradise Rd/Vinnin Street has been increasingly backed up (on Essex past TD Bank) - when it turns green nobody can go (Vinnin St at Salem Street is usually red, with a line of 3-4 cars blocking the entire intersection). Because of this issue people have been driving through red lights on a regular basis, making the intersection unsafe for all.

Not working in timely fashion. Schools out soon and not a safe spot for children, as many will think not working. Definitely a safety issues. Need to speed up time once light pressed.
