A decaying trunk (this is not the first time) on the front steps. Many kids live in the house and the houses next door. Thankfully this didn’t happen hours earlier during Halloween night when hundreds of kids were out trick or treating climbing these same steps. Kindly address as soon as possible! Thank you!

I have a general question regarding dead branches on trees lining chestnut street There a a few large dead branches on the oak trees outside my house along chestnut street (which my assumption is belong to the city) These overhang the road and my driveway Is the city responsible for having these dead branches trimmed before they fall or is it the homeowners responsibility? Reported several issues with the same tree since August 2024. This past Halloween evening, large branch broke and fell onto front walkway damaging the gutter over our garage, thankfully missing trick or treaters.

The tree in front of my home has limbs that are battering my gutter and roof and it is extremely bad during these high winds. The trimmers were just here but never addressed these limbs. Who is responsible for this and the damage this tree may make to my house? Will the city send someone to take care of this or do I have permission to have someone cut this back off my house? Thank you.

We have contacted by Click Fix and called the city about trees for 6+ months. We were told we were in the que to get our trees cut back. There are 2 trees over our house that hit the roof and causing damage to our roof. We had 1 leak already because of it and we need to get the roof re-done. Also the debris from the what the tree drops, leaves, moisture is also damaging the roof and causing problems. We would like the city to cut the limbs over the house back as much as they can.

Resident stated the tree is overhanging her house and insurance said they will cancel her insurance if it is not trimmed.

Tree is not looking healthy, needs to be trimmed. Branches hanging over sidewalk, could pose a danger to people walking by.

There is a large dead tree branch hanging over Pleasant street (the branch hangs right over the street in front of 5 pleasant street). If it comes down it will be very dangerous and could do damage to people, cars, and power lines that are under it at the time.

This is a safety issue The branches from this tree hit my 3rd floor windows in a storm and will break them They need to be pruned asap
