    If you are stopped on Norman st. travelling towards New Derby st, the light changes too quickly. If someone is crossing the crosswalk or a car turns in front of you down Margin st, the censor thinks no cars are coming and turns the light red. I sat there through 2 light cycles and only the 2 cars that were past Margin st. got through.
