    The lights at the intersection of Marlborough Rd & Osborne Hill Dr is not working AT ALL when it's dark, especially when trying to turn left onto Marlborough Rd from Osborne Hill Dr with cars flying from both directions. This is a big SAFETY issue! However, I wanted to emphasize that this is not an issue during the day. Could it be a sensor problem type? Can someone please resolve this issue before someone gets into an accident? Thank you very much in advance.

    There is an issue with the timing of the lights at both the junction of Bridge Street/St Peters Street and Bridge Street/Washington Street. At the first junction there will be a green light but a red light at the next and vice versa, instead of both being green or red at the same time. The lights are out of sync, causing a ton of traffic build up when the cars have to stop and start at such short intervals and cannot go even if the light in front of them turns green.
