    The Willows parking lot that runs from the corner of Bayview and Fort Avenues past the Arcade on to Hobbs Popcorn has no traffic flow signage. When the lot is not full, drivers at times enter and exit the lot at the most convenient location. Pedestrians crossing from The Line to the park look up Fort Avenue for oncoming traffic while vehicles may be approaching from the opposite direction. I have witnessed this no fewer than a dozen times.

    Traffic Lights not changing, it will takes 3-4 cycle to change, traffic gets very heavy for Vehicles coming down from 260 Washington Street (from Salem State University/Lafayette-Washington intersection) Traffic goes all the way to about 159 Lafayette Street.
    Also Traffic lights coming from Canal Street into Washington St intersection takes 2-3 cycle to change to take a Left into Mill St.
    Please Fix this problem. We are in October and the traffic is heavier, we dont need to deal with this too. Please Take care of the lights issues. Thanks.

    Nothing have been done at this Rotary (First St/Swampscott Road) Still having issues with this Rotary; vehicle failed to yield and drove straight through. This is 4 ways Yield. Maybe reduce speed sings or bumps or humps when approaching the rotary will help.

    New weighted pedestrian sign keeps getting hit or moved. Cars to continue to speed tailgate or disregard there barreling through a neighbor hood. A system of one ways around area might fix this.

    The left turn signal at the southbound intersection of Highland Avenue and Hawthorne Square is malfunctioning. Cars waiting to turn into the plaza are sitting through multiple cycles without the turning light changing to green.
