    Can MDOT be notified to correct the deficiency on these lights they are just doing a normal cycle instead of vehicle detection, so its backing traffic up a busy times and not allowing the traffic to flow busy or not. There is not traffic at the side streets and its stopping Highland traffic for nothing.
