Sink hole developing in front of 82 Moffatt near gas line trench. Tunnelling visible already. Thank you

This has been reported many times in the past several years and nothing done about it. The street is uneven at the entrance of Congress street from Derby and New Derby. If you are crossing from Hawthorn to Congress it tosses your vehicle around even if you are driving slowly. The whole spot needs to be milled and repaved to even it out.

Large sunken prior dog needs repair can loose control or bottom out. While this area may be getting redone still needs maintenance.

Trench is sinking -- not sure if at 18 or 76 as both SCF tickets are open.

The street is sinking lower and lower. Dangerous for cars

Sink hole is forming, asphalt is gone and the hole sinks down about 4-6 inches

There are 2 or 3 square cuts made into roadway for some previous work. But the asphalt patches they put in are a good 2 inches below street grade. Not sure if they just did shoddy work filling in the holes, or the asphalt sunk because of poor compaction during the refilling of gravel.

resident called that there is a leak where DPW did some water testing at the corner of Hancock and Cabot St.

Property manager of the adjacent business park, Arnold Pike, reported that there is a very large hole on Colonial Road. Trucks are frequently being damaged when driving over this.
