Left turn signal still cycling very quickly Only a few seconds long and traffic is backing up as a result

The traffic lights at Hawthorne Hotel… Main st pub are flashing…. Very dangerous to cross.

Traveling eastbound on Norman/New Derby --- the light did not turn green for 4+ traffic cycles. I watched as the pedestrians, oncoming traffic, and cross traffic had their turn for many cycles, but we did not get a green light at all. Not sure how long it lasted because I left.

Resident stated the traffic signals are changing to red after a minute and going back to green after a minute. Causing traffic to back up.

Left turn signals triggering ALL of the time, slowing traffic unnecessarily

The timing of the two lights at the cross sections of Vinnin St and Paradise Rd AND Vinnin St and Salem St is off. This needs to be addressed. When the light for Vinnin/Paradise turns green, there is about a 90-120 second delay for Vinnin/Paradise to turn green so cars back up and block Paradise. Anyone local is aware of this realizes there may be 2-3 cars able to cross paradise on a green at most, but most people press on and even go side by side to try and get out of the way of the Paradise traffic when they turn green. The Tedesco light needs to be adjusted. It's horribly off time.

We understand that Bridge Street is a major throughway. However, Bridge Street is also a heavily residential area. Many of the trucks that drive through use their engine breaks resulting in excessive noise for the homes and Leslie’s Retreat Park. Could signs be posted banning the use of engine breaks in this residential area. This would ensure more happier residents and visitors to the park.

Left turn lane from Ravenna onto Highland is very delayed. Sometimes have to wait multiple light cycles for a green light to turn.

Traffic signal ar crosswalk still blinking causing traffic and safety issues.

I am terrified to leave my home. The big scary cars go super duper fast and they scare me. This section of road at the top of the bridge has the most ideal number and spacing of safety bollards and they should be duplicated on every road in Salem. We MUST keep cars in enclosed safety zones. Additionally we need to add speed bumps every 10 feet max. The car speeds are out of control. The City should also consider installing bollards and speed bumps on the sidewalks. People are walking WAY TOO FAST IN THIS CITY. They're also walking in the wrong direction on the wrong side of the sidewalk. It's DANGEROUS and people are going to get hurt - if not physically hurt, their feelings will get hurt....and that matters. Slowly rocking in the corner, crying and holding my knees until these issues are corrected. Maybe we can get personal monitors to hold our hands so that we feel safe in "THE OUTSIDE" place.
