There is no " do not park" or any markings saying no parking. When I came out my truck was towed to Bill's Auto Clinic . I had to walk to find this place and hurry because the Mall was closing and the were about to throw my stuff into the street.
I was given a $143.00 bill for towing and a $25.00 ticket from the city.
