Section of road just before intersection continues to sink down.

Huge pot hike sinking area around a casting. Inner lane near double yellow outbound. Very serious. If the city is back logged or delayed please make that public. Seems many things are ignored or on backlog

Two big sink holes just waiting to happen and cause a major accident along bridge street, just past carpenter and before the t station

Dips in this section of the road are getting deeper causing cars to swerve around them.

This is located on the side walk in front of our home next to the telephone pole. There is no caution tape or cone to say there is a hole here. We did not see anyone do this or know why it’s there! This is very dangerous especially if someone walks and does not see it!

Trench is sinking (may be National Grid).

When street was repaved many years ago the driveway between 11 and 9 Salt Wall was not properly paved to direct storm water along the road not to pool between the two properties.After every storm and snow fall we have issues of flooding into our driveways and ice formation in the winter.I have been asked to have this issue corrected.

There is a patched part of the street in front of 231 Lafayette St. which is now a big “dip”, when cars and especially trucks drive over it it creates a very loud noise. Please, please fix this problem as soon as possible. I know it has been reported multiple times.

The low spot that has been dug since fema funded reconstru turn is so low cars bottom out or swerve to other lane. A hike has opened now rain is washin in. Sad to see all that money spent and nothing being done. Someone in last administration stated area was being replaced spring 2023. So far this year no roads paved yet only sidewalks on harbor. Peabody street still not paved
