    Traffic light malfunctioning Skipped green light for traffic heading east from Norman Street onto New Derby Street through a couple light cycles. Traffic from New Derby to Norman got the green light then it went back to green for Washington Street, skipping traffic eastbound from Norman to New Derby. I drive this route twice a day and this has happened more than once in the past week and a half, causing significant traffic backups..

    The traffic light and the walk signals are misdirected. The ones I'm talking about are nearest the old court house. The walk signs are pointed at the drivers, not the pedestrians wanting to cross that lane. The traffic lights on that pole may be facing onto the grass area rather than along the path the approaching cars are on. It's also a bit strange that the light is on the far side of a tree from the cars, which will only serve to block their view of it.

    Traffic Lights not changing, it will takes 3-4 cycle to change, traffic gets very heavy for Vehicles coming down from 260 Washington Street (from Salem State University/Lafayette-Washington intersection) Traffic goes all the way to about 159 Lafayette Street.
    Also Traffic lights coming from Canal Street into Washington St intersection takes 2-3 cycle to change to take a Left into Mill St.
    Please Fix this problem. We are in October and the traffic is heavier, we dont need to deal with this too. Please Take care of the lights issues. Thanks.
