    This problem has been addressed several times by cemetery dept. but not corrected. Tree NEEDS to be removed!! The dead part of the tree was removed but it is still hitting utility wires. They are not electrical wires so contacting National Grid did not help. The sidewalk is also turned up by overgrown roots, causing tripping and falling. The tree is an eyesore as well as a danger to pedestrians. Feel free to plant a new, smaller tree in its place. But, please remove the roots and repair the sidewalk!

    As much as I like this tree, it needs to be cut, or at least trimmed down before the next wind storm comes. It is dangerously leaning towards the middle of Barton St. creating a potential hazard to pedestrians, traffic and parked cars.

    moreover the power cables going into the building next to it are already tensioned by one of the branches. I already called National Grid to no avail.

    - Please trim both CITY TREES appropriately and trim back large tree 15-20 feet from gutters and roof line.
    -Please examine the health of the larger tree as it is affecting the sidewalk ( safety issue) and roots are throughout the yard. Can it be removed?
    - National Grid already has plan to trim around wires but trees need to be pruned appropriately for low branches, growth, etc.
