235 Jefferson Ave Salem MA 01970, United States - City of SalemThere is an issue at the corner of Wheatland St and Jefferson Ave It is difficult to pull out onto Jefferson Ave from Wheatland St due to a couple of issues in front of 235 Jefferson Ave There is a space in the street that has a faded painted white box in the street that lets cars know not to park there Also, there is a street sign letting vehicles know not to parked up to the corner that is completely faded and unreadable Due to this faded sign and faded painted box in the street, vehicles sometimes park there Could this issue please be addressed The cost is minimal to replaced the sign and paint another box in the street in front of 235 Jefferson Ave -
53 West Avenue Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of SalemLast week ticket number 10391534 was opened, and dismissed. I am now opening it again as a 2nd person making this request. Not sure if first person was clear enough, but almost had a tragedy tonight and that is all I am trying to prevent.
With the basketball tournament going on, and tonight, Swampscott came to play Salem in baseball, people are coming to the park who aren't familiar with the area. They don't know how to get to the parking lot when they see the do not enter sign, and come in anyway. Tonight, there was a little girl on a scooter that was almost hit because she came darting out between cars. Yes, the girl should not have done that, but she wasn't expecting incoming traffic either. The last person put the picture up on the old ticket, I added just TWO example signs (only need one) that can help in this regard.
I am just trying to prevent another Ryan Brennan like tragedy, or the tragedy on Fort Ave earlier this summer. One sign.. thats all that is needed.

2-4 Appleton St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of SalemCould the dpw put up a yield sign at the end of Appleton st, there has been many near Collisions at this intersection. The intersections are North at Orne and Orne at Appleton. Aftercare coming up Orne stop at the stop sign the technically have the right of way. Cars coming up Appleton should be yielding to cars on Orne. I know insurance companies see it as cars on Orne had the right of way. -

61-99 West Ave Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of SalemWe have lived in this neighborhood for almost 9 years now, and frequently walk our young children and dogs down west Avenue to Forest River Park and throughout this neighborhood. Shouldn’t there be some sort of traffic sign at this intersection? Should there at least be a yield sign? Should there be a stop sign? It seems really dangerous to me that people sometimes just come flying down into forest river park or flying down and making a quick right turn onto West Avenue. Thank you for considering this. -
