Lafayette St & Palmer St Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of SalemThe entire stretch of Lafayette Street from Harbor St all the way down to Leach St. Has non workable nor barely any street lights. Walking home from the train station or any walk after dark leaves me completely in the dark not even able to see the sidewalk. This is especially dangerous at Leavitt St and Palmer St because they are notorious for cars flying around the corner and not stopping to see if people are in the crosswalks. It would be incredible to have safer streets and side walks and have the street lights working!

245 Derby Street Salem, MA, 01970, USA - City of SalemSeveral Lights are out in the south harbor garage, making it pretty dark at night. This is a safety concern for residents (and visitors) who use the garage. I see someone else reported it and the response from the city was that "These lights are privately maintained, unfortunately we do not know who is contracted for the lights at South Harbor Garage". That's unacceptable. Either figure out who it is and have them repair, or have the city electrical department do it. It is literally replacing light bulbs. Give me a ladder and permission and I'll do it myself.
