due to causing issues with stormwater pipe, tree was removed and sod replaced. Homeowner has advised that the area in the front yard where the stormwater pipe is there is a depression and she wants someone to check and make sure it is not a problem with the pipe. Voicemail from homeowner forwarded to T. Floyd.

Area needs to be regraded and cleaned out for creek and stormwater to flow freely. Overgrowth of vegetation and debris has created high places impeding flow of water.

I live in Fairwood Forest Estates off Fairwood Avenue in Clearwater, FL. Several years a ditch constructed with "gambion crates" was build behind several of the homes there for flood prevention. Most of our back yards increased in size because they actually diverted the natural creek that was already back there. For several years someone maintained it, mowed it regularly, took care of it. Now no one does. Last year during Milton, water was almost at our back doors. The ditch is completely overgrown this year, no one has been out to maintain. We need it taken care of please this year. It looks like there are actually trees growing in it and it is difficult to actually see that there is a ditch there at all. My name is Terry Akery, phone number 727-953-2342, or at work 727-442-4011 between 7am and 4pm Monday through Friday.

We have had NO rain for 3+ days and yet the drainage ditch behind our homes is stagnant and not flowing. This ditch drains the water from the St. Croix and St. Anthony street drains and it's not flowing west and emptying as it should. There will be significant street flooding if this is not maintained. I do all I can, but can only maintain directly behind my home.
