The net on the tennis court is broken. It drops down low in the center. When trying to raise it, it just drops right back down.

I am a tenant at 1799 N. Highland Ave, Apt. B14, Clearwater, FL 33755, which is managed by Premis Realty on behalf of a private landlord.

I have reported a recurring rodent infestation in my apartment on two separate occasions — first in February 2025 and again in May 2025. On both occasions, the property management company sent someone to patch holes, but the infestation has continued to return.

Recently, I discovered a rat inside my daughter’s bedroom while she was asleep, which has raised serious health and safety concerns for my family. I have provided written notice to the property management company, including a 7-day notice to remedy the issue or I would terminate my lease in accordance with Florida landlord-tenant law.

Instead of resolving the problem, the management company responded by accusing me of making false claims and threatened legal action if I choose to move out. The rodent issue remains unresolved, and the living conditions are now unsanitary and unsafe, particularly for a young child.

I am requesting that the City of Clearwater Code Compliance Division inspect the property for rodent infestation or related sanitation violations and take any necessary enforcement action to ensure the landlord complies with housing and health standards.

The people who are renting 1046 Chen Berry Rd. never take their garbage cans off the street. Our trash day is Friday. Today is Tuesday and their garbage cans are still down by the street. They’re the only ones in the neighborhood who do this.

This city property/ park needs serious maintenance. it is unacceptable to keep a property in such poor shape. please send services to landscape your park and land!

The property next to my house has been abandoned for years. It is not maintained and it is not secured. They are multiple cats the live inside the house as well as rodents that are a nuisance and constantly come to our house. I have 2 children and worry about animals bringing disease over. They had tarps installed after the hurricanes last year and it is now falling apart and I am constantly picking up parts of tarp out of my yard. They received a warning a while back. So they had someone cut the grass. But nothing has been done about the he house itself. If someone could come take a look that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!

My husband and I walk down the sidewalk along Curlew Rd everyday Ever since the hurricane last year there has been a large amount of yard debris that appears to be from this address It appears that the home owner throws his yard debris and cuttings over his fence It's trimming from plants that one can see growing in his yard After the storm there was a lot and it gradually decompose over the past year, now there is more debris in the last couple weeks, so much that the people that cut the grass along curlew don't cut that area
